Welcome to the home of the "Men After God's Own Heart" Webring. I'm David King, the creator of this Webring. The Life of King David of Israel inspired me to create this Webring.

"You acted foolishly," Samuel said. "You have not kept the command the LORD your God gave you; if you had, he would have established your kingdom over Israel for all time. But now your kingdom will not endure; the LORD has sought out a man after his own heart and appointed him leader of his people, because you have not kept the LORD's command."  (1 Samuel 13:13-14)

After removing Saul, he made David their king. He testified concerning him: 'I have found David son of Jesse a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.'  (Acts 13:22)

I pray to God, every day, that He would make me a man like David. In this Spirit, I want to invite Christian men to join this Webring. (Sorry Ladies, I mean no offense, but there is already a Webring out there for y'all, Godly Women)

Bible Study

I plan to write a series of Bible studies about David's life. Humility is the title of the first study in this series. I'm praying that God will teach me many lessons as I study David's life.
